Update again on Jayden

We took Jayden back to Albuquerque yesturday for a follow-up with the cardiologist. It was pretty uneventful. They did an echo. and his effusion (fluid around his heart) is good and not reaccumulating. The doctor was impressed on how well we are dealing with things and how well Jayden is doing. She is still waiting to hear back from a couple of different doctors about his ASD. She is thinking that Jayden will have to have the surgery to fix the 2 holes. We were hoping to be able to get it fixed with a cardiac. cath. but now we're not so sure. She is still hoping to send us to Stanford to get the surgery done, maybe in early to mid. January. I was very glad that we will be able to spend Christmas at home and not in a hospital! We did get to have lunch with Sean's mom while we were there. She is still in Alb. with her husband, Jack (Sean's step-dad), in the hospital. They are probably going to be there a while. That's about it for this update.
